A long, low line of glass.
This villa occupies three thousand square metres in La Reserva de Sotogrande, a guarded enclave above the Mediterranean with views toward the sea and the golf valleys. The house offers five hundred and sixty-two square metres across two floors: four bedrooms, four baths, and a guest powder room. The architecture works with the slope, creating platforms and outdoor rooms that settle the building into the site. Volumes are composed using contrasting materials; interiors open into one another without ceremony. La Reserva sits close to the polo fields, the beach club, and several championship courses. The ground floor opens entirely to the south through a forty-metre run of pocket-door glass. The two sleeping wings are separated by a thirty-metre reflecting pool and connected by a covered colonnade.
